Rebecca Bradley, M.C.C., president of Partnership Coaching, Inc., has 33 years of executive coaching, leadership and team development, and coaching skills training experience.  As a Master Certified Coach, Rebecca has been on the leading edge of her profession since day one, and she continues as a thought leader today.  Grounded in “inner game” theory and fluent in the GROW model of coaching, Rebecca has successfully applied her proprietary Partnership Coaching® model to grow individual and organizational capacity in government and industry sectors of the global economy.

Rebecca’s deep passion for understanding how our minds can work to help us do work we love and help clients live the lives of their dreams led her to seek out new coaching protocols that are based on neuroscience, and behavioral science research, launching The Mind Connector. She has a vast array of tools in her tool kit to partner with individuals to help them create their heart’s desires.

Coaching Credentials and Experience:  Rebecca was grandfathered into the International Coach Federation in 1996 as one of the pioneers in the world of corporate coaching.  She was a founding member of the Credentialing team who established the 11 Core Competencies by which all coaches seeking certification are assessed. For many years she served as an assessor for the ICF and in that role, assessed individuals seeking certification as well as coach training schools seeking to become accredited by the ICF.  Rebecca has also completed the Newfield Network master level coaching program.  In addition, Ms. Bradley has served as a visiting fellow at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education.  Her assistance was solicited as an expert who could help the Change Leadership Group, a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Grantee, reform public school education.  She was a founding member of the Society of Organizational Learning and served as a mentor in the Georgia 100 Mentor Exchange program.

Education, Training, and Publications:  Ms. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Auburn University.  She is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessments, the DiSC personal profile, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, and several 360 degree instruments, including the Leadership Agility 360.  Rebecca has published in the Systems Thinking Newsletter and is the co-author of the forthcoming book, Success Beyond Measure.  Rebecca has presented at the International Coach Federation conference and the Pegasus Systems Thinking in Action conference.  She is a member of the Cambridge Who’s Who registry. 

Clients:  Rebecca has worked with domestic and international clients including, The Coca-Cola Company, Xerox, Chrysler Corporation, Bose Corporation, Federated Department Stores, The Hilton Corporation, US Tobacco Company, Deloitte and Touche, NationsBank, and Standard and Poors.  In addition, she has done extensive work in the public sector with the Veterans Health Administration, the GAO, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in the US and in Singapore with The Economic Development Board, The Civil Service College, The Infocomm Development Authority, The Singapore Police, and the Singapore School System.
