WHAT IS WELLBEING?

We define wellbeing as thriving in all areas of  life; living a life worth living. People who have wellbeing are healthy, happy, and fulfilled by the daily activities of their lives.

Here are some facts that may surprise you. Did you know that...

  •  Only 8% of American workers believe that their organization does things to help them improve their physical health?
  • Only 28% of people in the U.S. are engaged in their jobs. The 28% who are engaged are two times as likely as  disengaged employees to be thriving in their lives overall?
  •  According to Gallup research, among those who had low social wellbeing (not satisfied with their relationships), the percentage who were thriving in their careers dropped to 10%?
  • Financial worries can lead to stress, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, and depression. If employees feel that they are under compensated for the work they are doing, they can become disengaged and leave the organization?
  • Having employees who are thriving in community wellbeing improves their wellbeing in all other areas of their lives, including work?
  • Individuals who spend some time each week in fun and rejuvenation are less likely to suffer from burn out and the resulting health issues; and they are far more likely to contribute at higher levels over a long span of time?

Delivery Options

Our vision is to bring to your organization the capacity to increase the overall wellbeing of your entire workforce with delivery methods that meet your needs. We can do this in several ways:

 

  •  Conducting a wellbeing audit/assessment for your entire organization
  • Providing a cadre of certified wellbeing coaches to work with small groups
  • One to two-day health and wellbeing coaching programs taught by our certified coach/facilitators to groups of up to 24 people
  • Certification of internal coaches to guide small groups through a customized program to increase overall wellbeing
  • Wellbeing coaching through a virtual platform for coaching small groups remotely
  • One-on-one executive coaching to support leaders in their overall wellbeing and leadership effectiveness.
