Tina Jackson, M.A., M.C.C., draws upon nearly 20 years of experience as an organizational development practitioner, corporate trainer, and leadership coach. Tina has helped thousands of leaders, managers, and employees develop sustainable skills to enhance performance.

Since founding her consulting, coaching and training practice in 1993, Tina has gained recognition for her specialty in emotional intelligence coaching, where she helps leaders build and leverage skills in self-management, empathy, adaptability, and relationship management. As a master trainer, she has a strong track record designing and leading programs in communicating with power and persuasion, coaching and feedback skills, team building, and leadership development.

Coaching Credentials: As a Master Certified Coach, Tina holds the highest certification level awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds her coaching certification from Success Unlimited Network, and has completed additional coach training from the Coaches Training Institute and New Ventures West, all accredited training programs recognized by the ICF. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation, serving on the committee that designed the initial assessment instruments to screen coaches for credentialing. She teaches coaching skills to managers and has experience designing ICF competency-based coach training programs.

Education, Training and Publications: Tina holds an M.A. In Organization Development from the Fielding Graduate University, as well as certifications in BarOn's Emotional Quotient Inventory, TalentSmart's IMPACT EQ Learning, Blanchard's Situational Leadership II, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the Strength Deployment Inventory. She is co-author of A Practical Guide to Working with Diversity (AMACOM, 1995).

Clients: Tina has worked with clients nationally and internationally including Booz Allen Hamilton, Cadbury, IBM, Jones Lang Lasalle, Kraft Foods, Lockheed Martin, Mitsubishi Manufacturing, National Semiconductor of Maryland, Northrop Grumman, Pfizer, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has extensive experience working with government agencies including the Central Intelligence Agency, the FDIC, Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Veteran’s Health Administration.
