Patty Keenan is a certified executive coach with 18 years of business experience working with CEO’s and other Senior Executives as an executive coach, as well as during her extensive cross-functional GE career. She works in partnership with her clients as they grow in their leadership agility, and focuses on the three most important things leaders do: engage in pivotal conversations, lead teams, and lead sustainable organizational change. She believes that leadership agility is the master competency needed to lead a global organization today. Patty works at the most senior levels in the engineering, construction, consulting, insurance, health management and mortgage industries, as well as in education and government agencies.

Coaching Credentials and Experience: Patty has been a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation since 2006. She is an active member of the ICF’s local chapter, The Georgia Coach Association, and co-chaired the 2009 PRISM Nominating Committee. Patty is also a graduate of the Covey Leadership Center’s Seven Habits, Filson’s Action Leadership and GE’s Change Acceleration Process and Six Sigma Business Process Improvements. During her GE career, she held various positions in sales, marketing and management prior to becoming Director of Marketing. Patty worked directly with former CEO Jack Welch and current CEO Jeff Immelt and received the Global Team Leadership Award. She is on staff at the Women’s Leadership Exchange, and is a proud Sponsor of Women for Women International.

Education & Training: Ms. Keenan holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from The State University of New York at Albany and the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. She is certified in the Leadership Agility 360 degree instruments, as well as ChangeWorks ChangeGrid assessment.

Clients: Patty works at the most senior levels in the engineering, construction, consulting, insurance, health management and mortgage industries, as well as in education and government agencies. Her clients include Booz Allen Hamilton, Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, Fulton County School System, Guardian Insurance, Horizon Engineering Associates LLP, Plus One Health Management, QBE Insurance Group, Telesis, Women’s Leadership Exchange and ZC Sterling Corporation.
