Business Experience: Michelle Benning is the co-founder and President of Nehemiah Performance Inc., a management consulting company, and is also an affiliate Corporate Coach with Partnership Coaching.  Prior to starting her own business, Michelle spent over twenty years in Corporate America as a sales and learning and development leader. Michelle’s exceptional track record of business success is based on her philosophy of relationship management. She is known for her ability to build consensus and work with organizations to improve their performance. Degree from Grand Canyon University.  She holds certifications in Franklin Covey’s, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Principle Centered Leadership and First Things First.  Michelle is also certified in the Wilson Learning Leadership Series, Leading for Performance, Managing Conflict, Developing a Collaborative Mindset, Coaching for Performance, Signature Customer Service, Persuasion through Presentation and Counselor Salesperson.  Michelle is certified by The Center for Leadership Studies in Situational Leadership and also certified in Partnership Coaching.   Michelle is a contributor to Secrets of Superstar Speakers by Lilly Walters (McGraw Hill).
 

Clients: During the last 30 years she has designed, developed and delivered training, for organizations throughout the U.S., Canada, South America, and Asia.
