Margaret Cooke, Senior Consultant with Partnership Coaching, is dedicated to training excellence. Her passion for developing people, proven business expertise, vast training experience, and engaging style make her the perfect educator to develop, design and deliver programs to demanding audiences of all levels. Margaret's background includes more than 20 years of corporate experience, an Honours Economics degree, postgraduate adult education training, and master certification in dozens of training programs.
Having delivered hundreds of exceptional programs to leading corporations across numerous industries, she consistently receives incredible reviews, and inspires a deep commi™ent in those she coaches. She works extensively with the senior level of organizations, including the executive teams.
Before launching the Learning Development Group, Margaret worked with Xerox for eleven years. In the course of her career she managed the Leadership Curriculum, re-designed new-hire sales programs, and developed Executive Leadership Tools for senior managers. Her work won numerous internal awards of recognition. Margaret’s extensive corporate background has provided her with a deep understanding of the challenges her clients face. Often, she has faced them too!
Her background and understanding of management objectives encompasses all activities in the customer care arena, from organization and behavior change to sales skills and coaching, and sales execution.
Business Experience: Margaret Cooke is the President of the Learning Development Group, a performance improvement organization. She is a fully certified Partnership Coaching Coach/Facilitator and has been delivering the Partnership Coaching workshop throughout the United States and Canada for the past two years.
Margaret has developed, designed and facilitated performance improvement programs for Fortune 500 corporations including Executive Calling, Negotiation Skills, and Account Management.
She consults, coaches and facilitates programs all across the United States and Canada, and specializes in her clients’ customer facing talent, including leadership and sales professionals.
Education, Training, and Credentials: Margaret has a degree in Economics from McMaster University, and an Adult Education Certificate from St. Francis Xavier University.
