Well-recognized in the leadership coaching industry as a business strategist and thought leader, Beth’s considerable leadership and team performance experience is a key strength in supporting her clients’ objectives.

Coaching Credentials and Business Experience: Prior to founding her coaching practice in 2002, Beth served in executive leadership and management roles in corporations for over fifteen years. A unique aspect of Beth’s background includes her executive leadership responsibilities for diverse functional organizations including Director Global Technology Services for Lanier Worldwide, Vice President Marketing for Abovo Marketing Group, Vice President Investor Communications for CheckFree Corporation and Director Organizational Development for AGL Resources. During her corporate assignments Beth specialized in broadening the strategy, bringing new services to market, and modeling a highly consultative approach to serving the needs of the organization. Beth is known for modeling the change that needs development in the company.

Education, Training and Publications: Beth holds a BS degree in Personnel Management from Indiana University. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active CoachSM through The Coaches Training Institute and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. Beth is a licensed facilitator of The Coaching Clinic through Corporate Coach U. She is a certified practitioner of the Hogan Leadership Assessment Series, the DiSC personal profile, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, and several 360 degree instruments. She is a mentor in the Georgia 100 Mentor Exchange program.
