Our executive coaching process includes initial assessment of strengths and areas for development, feedback and developmental planning, and a 3-way meeting with the person's supervisor to gain support and establish guidelines for ongoing feedback. We then complete a minimum coaching engagement of six months, in three forty-five minute sessions per month. When the client has achieved the desired results, a re-assessment is done and a plan for moving forward is established.
Organizations
We help team leaders who want to create alignment within teams that are under-functioning--or just plain dysfunctional. Our program, "The Seven Secrets of a Winning Team" is grounded in the work of Patrick Lencioni (The Five Dysfunctions of a Team), with two additional elements that we believe are critical to winning teams--communication and leadership. We can show you how to have productivity and enjoyment increase at the same time. The consistent feedback from teams with whom we work is that they get better results in shorter time frames and are more fulfilled in the process.
We work with organizations to create a culture in which coaching, talent management, and the development of others is done real time as part of the way everyday work gets done. We can help you create a tried and true process for developing bench strength so that you don't get left in the lurch when your current leaders retire. We can train your managers so that they leave our workshops, not only being able to coach and develop others, but, actually inspired to do so because they see what's in it for them.
